The National Agency for the Administration and Destination of Seized and Confiscated Assets to organized crime (ANBSC) has published the notice which provides for the direct assignment, free of charge, to Third Sector bodies or associations of definitively confiscated real estate to be used for the implementation of prevention, treatment and rehabilitation projects relating to addictions behavioral and substances.
The subject of the notice are assets grouped into 83 lots for a total of over 300 parcels distributed throughout the national territory, specifically in fourteen regions.
The projects may develop along the following lines of action:
- listening services, informative counseling and psychological support, including by telephone;
- also experimental and innovative interventions for prevention and initiation of social and work reintegration paths;
- initiatives aimed at encouraging the socialization of users of therapeutic communities;
- courses, including residential ones, for prevention, treatment and rehabilitation in the field of addictions;
- initiatives aimed at preventing phenomena of group violence related to pathological addictions.
Who is it aimed at:
- Third Sector entities registered in the Single National Register of the Third Sector (RUNTS), individually or in association.
The Agency participates in the start-up phase of the approved projects, making available a financial contribution of one million euros, to the extent of 20% of the value of the project proposal, and in any case up to one maximum amount of 50 thousand euros. The Lots are assigned free of charge for a period of 10 years, renewable only once.
It will be possible to perform a site inspection, to be carried out until the date of 23 February 2024, according to the times and methods to be agreed with the secondary offices of the Agency, by means of a request to be sent via certified e-mail to the address agenzia.nazionale@pec.anbsc.it no later than 12.00 pm on February 16, 2024.
Applications to participate must be sent by 1 March 2024 at 12.00.
