Administrative Assistant and Specialist in Friuli. 30 positions available

The Autonomous Region of Friuli Venezia Giulia has announced two public competitions aimed at diplomatsə and graduateə, aimed at filling 30 permanent and full-time positions. The open positions concern administrative profiles, divided into:

  • 20 positions for Administrative Assistant – for high school graduatesə
  • 10 positions for Administrative Specialist – for graduatesə

In addition to the general requirements for participation in public competitions, candidatesə must be over 18 years of age and have knowledge of the English language (no minimum level is specified) and must have the following minimum level of education:

  • for Assistants, secondary school diploma (five years)
  • for Specialists, a degree from one of the following:
    • Degree in Law, Economics and Commerce, Political Sciences or Administrative Sciences according to the old system;
    • Specialist or equivalent master's degree pursuant to the Interministerial Decree of 9 July 2009;
    • Three-year degrees in the following classes:
      • DM 509/1999: 2, 15, 17, 19, 28, 31;
      • DM 270/2004: L-14, L-16, L-18, L-33, L-36.

The competition will consist of two tests, one written and one oral, on the specific subjects indicated in the announcement for each professional figure.
