A competition that rewards new female business ideas and projects by entrepreneurs of all ages who have distinguished themselves in the workplace by creating a startup or helping to renew an existing company. Women and work 2024, in its twelfth edition, is the project of Eurointerim Spa, Employment Agency, which offers 3 thousand euros for the winning idea; for second and third place, 2 euros will be awarded.

They can present a project:

• startups that intend to develop a specific idea as a team;
•  companies with an innovative female project;
•  individuals who develop and materialize an original and economically sustainable idea.

To participate, it will be necessary to draft and send a business plan of the project with attention to the description of the proposed product/service, the objectives set, the utility for the customer, the market, the expected development times, the team's capabilities and characteristics and the financial needs and performance. The evaluation criteria will be based on the innovation and originality of the project; technical feasibility and development times; economic sustainability of the initiative; reference market and competition; social and environmental impact.
