UN Women opened on 27th round of United Nations Trust Fund grants to end violence against women (UN Trust Fund). The call invites civil society organizations to submit project proposals that aim to prevent and end violence against marginalized women and girls.
For 2024, two financing windows are planned:
- a general one: addressing violence against marginalized women and girls and those who suffer intersecting forms of discrimination;
- a special one: addressing violence against women and girls affected by the crisis.
Civil society organizations can apply for grants from 150.000 to 1.000.000 dollars for a period of four years. The call also favors small local organizations, offering smaller grants from $150.000 to $250.000.
Applications are open until February 1, 2024 (14.00 p.m. Eastern Time).
For more information, see the complete announcement at THIS ADDRESS.
Applications can only be submitted in English, French or Spanish, exclusively through the grant management portal (Grant Management System).
