Interesting initiative for volunteers with the partner organization CRUC – Coordinació Rural de Catalunya, in Spain.

1 volunteer will be selected ESC (European Solidarity Corps) for a 7-month project, from February to August 2025 in Solsona, Catalonia.

The planned activities fall within the scope of action of the CRUC centre.ESCAMN (Catalan Basic School of Outdoor Activities) and include:

• support for animators and preparation of materials for activities aimed at children aged between 4 and 14 in various local centres.
• Collaboration with animators for work camps or summer camps, aimed at children and adolescents in different Catalan villages.
• Raising awareness on issues related to the importance of outdoor activities for young people, focusing on respect and attention towards the natural environment.
• Focus and preparation of informative speeches on topics related to youth policies and entry into the world of work.

Volunteers will participate in the welcome training at the beginning of the camp and, subsequently, in the training for the mid-term evaluation. To apply, strong motivation is required and knowledge of Spanish and other languages ​​is positively evaluated, in addition to any previous experience with children and young people.
