At the race start Culture Moves Europe – Call for Individual Mobility 2025-2026, initiative that promotes cultural and artistic production 'on the move', supporting cross-border mobility projects for artists and cultural workers, encouraging collaboration, creation and the exchange of skills in Europe and in the participating countries.

The call, funded by the European Union's Creative Europe programme and implemented by the Goethe-Institut, is ongoing with monthly deadlines. The next one is October 31, 2025. You can participate either as an individual or as a group of up to five people. The fields of interest are: architecture; cultural heritage; design and fashion design; literary translation; music; visual arts; and performing arts. To apply, you must be at least 18 years old; reside in a participating country; and be a professional artist in the designated cultural and creative sectors.

A daily allowance of €85 will be paid, as well as a travel allowance, supplements for green mobility, for overseas or outermost regions, a family supplement, and other benefits. The other expected deadlines are:

• November 30, 2025;
• January 31, 2026;
• February 8, 2026;
• 31 March 2026:
• 30 April 2026.

The project must be aimed at conducting creative and artistic research, drawing inspiration from, or working on a specific theme; producing a new artistic work; improving skills and abilities; developing a network or encouraging interaction with a new audience.
