Shedding light on the best innovative and sustainable design ideas for the creation of outdoor wooden tables: this is the challenge launched by  Riva Industria Mobili SpA.which will collect the most interesting proposals on a furnishing element that is essential in every home: the table. For the 9th Design Awards Light up your idea six outdoor tables must be designed to be included in the Riva 1920 collection.

Participation in the competition is open to everyone, whether groups or individuals. To take part in the competition it will be necessary to create the works with Riva 1920 Massello Legno (essences: scented cedar or teak) or other materials for outdoor use. The aim is for a simple but visually impactful design that combines eco-sustainable solutions and project originality.

There are two sections planned:

• Under 26: 1st prize: 2.000 euros – 2nd prize: 1.500 euros – 3rd prize: 1.000 euros.
• Over 26: 1st prize: 2.000 euros – 2nd prize: 1.500 euros – 3rd prize: 1.000 euros.
