For graduates in Medicine and Surgery and other biomedical disciplines (Pharmacy, Chemistry and pharmaceutical technologies, Biology, Medical biotechnology, Pharmaceutical biotechnology, Human nutrition sciences, Dentistry and dental prosthetics or similar), of Italian or foreign nationality, the Enrico and Enrica Sovena Foundation offers attractive opportunities.

The Foundation, a non-profit institution recognized as a Philanthropic Entity, has been committed for over 30 years to promoting the scientific and professional training of young researchers in biomedical and related disciplines.

Are available:

• annual scholarships of 25.000 euros gross for research projects to be carried out abroad at accredited international research centres;
• annual scholarships of 16.000 euros gross for research projects to be carried out in Italy at universities, research institutes or hospitals;
• contributions of 10.000 euros gross each, intended for doctors in specialist training to carry out studies abroad, at universities, research institutes or hospital centres.

To apply for a scholarship, candidates must have graduated by the date of application, while to apply for a grant abroad, specialists must be enrolled in at least the penultimate year of specialization school.
