The countdown for the opening of registrations has already started Discover Eu, a European Union initiative that offers young 18-year-olds the opportunity to discover Europe through learning experiences 'on the go'. All you need to do is reside in one of the EU Member States or third countries associated with Erasmus+ to request the pass and set off to discover European countries. The next round of applications will start at 12pm on 16 April 2024.

DiscoverEU, an intervention of the Erasmus+ programme, allows young people to travel around Europe and reach its most remote places provided that candidates meet the following requirements:

•  be born between 1 July 2005 (inclusive) and 30 June 2006 (inclusive);
• enter the number of your identity card, passport or residence card in the online application form;
• have citizenship or residence in one of the Member States of the European Union, including the Overseas Countries and Territories (OCTs) or one of the third countries associated with the Erasmus+ programme: Iceland, Liechtenstein, North Macedonia, Norway, Serbia and Turkey .
