Training and placement courses aimed at young people about to graduate or who have already obtained one
These are the 2026 edition of the InPA Internship and InPA Doctorate programs offered by the Presidency of the Council of Ministers, Department of Public Administration. Interested administrations will be able to activate: 190 curricular internships (applicants must be 28 years of age or younger), related to thesis preparation, designed to support students in the final phase of their university studies, linking academic research with direct experience in the public administration; 13 higher education apprenticeships (for those up to 29 years of age) and research for a doctorate, aimed at more structured placement and training paths. The call is open to government agencies, ministries, public organizations, and universities.
The initiative's goal is to encourage young people to engage in public administration, providing them with firsthand experience of how public work works and the values it is based on. At the same time, administrations will have the opportunity to recognize emerging talent and skills among young people, fostering the transfer of knowledge between generations.
Administrations wishing to join the project will have to submit the proposal by October 20, 2026, by visiting the relevant web page
