Erasmus for young entrepreneurs, under the aegis of the European Commission and through the Single Market Programme (SMP), this call is dedicated to supporting entrepreneurship and the competitiveness of SMEs. It has a total budget of €20 million.

- Chambers of Commerce and Industry, Chambers of Arts and Crafts (or similar),
- Business support organizations, startup centers, incubators, technology parks.
- Business associations and business support networks.
- (Higher) education institutions such as universities or vocational and technical training institutes.
