The call for tenders has been published European Student Assembly – ESA, now in its fifth edition, scheduled to take place at the European Parliament in Strasbourg in April 2026. ESA born from the project Erasmus + 'EUC Voices – European Universities Community voices' , of which the University of Turin is a partner, and is an event funded by the European Commission.
The meeting will bring together over 200 students and PhD students enrolled at European universities involved in partnerships to discuss eight central themes of the European Union: this year, the topics covered will include democracy, digitalisation, generational solidarity, 'borderless' education and the circular economy.

Those interested in participating in the initiative can apply as participants or coordinators. The selection criteria prioritize those with an interest in European politics, culture, and society.

The assembly will meet to draw up a list of recommendations on the identified topics, to be delivered to the European institutions, with the aim of making its voice heard and increasing participation and involvement in EU decision-making processes.

The deadline for submitting applications is 2th November 2025. Click here to learn more (English page)
