Creative Voices, Collective Impact. A volunteer program at STPLN, a creative production house, incubator, and community space in Malmö, Sweden, funded by European Solidarity Corps through the Swedish agency MUCF. Volunteers passionate about communication and storytelling and interested in community engagement are sought. Volunteers will work from01/09/2026 al 30/06/2027 in close contact, as a small creative communications team, while each person will have a main area of interest, namely:
- Storytelling & Content Creator – Focus: Digital storytelling and content production. Activities may include producing content for social media, creating short videos and visual stories, writing articles, captions, and newsletters.
- Narrative Producer – Focus: Develop and share stories that highlight STPLN's community, projects, and activities. Activities may include collecting and developing stories from community initiatives, creating written, visual, or multimedia content, documenting activities, and translating them into engaging narratives.
- Photo & Media Support – Focus: Supporting the documentation of community projects, events, and activities through photography and visual media. Activities include taking photos and producing short videos during events and activities; assistance in organizing and archiving photographic and multimedia materials.
Approximately 23 hours of work per week on project-related tasks and 8 hours of personal project development are expected. No previous experience is required: applicants must be between 18 and 30 years old. Accommodation will be in a shared apartment.
