It was born from the collaboration between Associazione InformaGiovani and the Italian Union of the Blind and Visually Impaired ETS-APS (and the extraordinary network of voice donors of the Spoken Book) the first Guide to European programs completely accessible for young people and for those who work with young people. Acting as Cicero for the young people will be EUGenio, an elf who flies on a skateboard, accompanying them to discover the different opportunities offered by the most well-known programs such as Erasmus+ and European Solidarity Corps, but also Creative Europe, Eures and many others.

The comic is available in both color print and Braille versions in audio version and is connected to a completely accessible and usable website with audio synthesizers and which is available in 51 different languages, all European ones and those of the main minorities living in Europe.
All this was carried out as part of the annual program of IGNet, the European network of youth associations coordinated by Associazione InformaGiovani and supported by the European Union through Erasmus+.
This specific initiative is also sponsored by the Presidency of the Sicilian Region and the Municipality of Palermo. The drawings were created by Palermo Comics School.
