Through the Intesa San Paolo Charity Fund The Bank intends to support social and cultural initiatives that focus on solidarity, social utility, and the value of the individual. Specifically, the Fund is used to support initiatives that pursue the following goals:
- environmental;
- welfare;
- cultural excluding initiatives to enhance the historical, archaeological and artistic heritage owned;
- scientific research (in any sector of science and technology);
- of valorization of arts and crafts;
- educational;
- social.
Contributions are made by the Bank to identified entities without reimbursement and without any form of consideration or consideration, in compliance with the principles and criteria set forth in the regulations. They are divided into territorial donations—up to a maximum amount of €5—and central donations, up to €500. Eligible participants include: social welfare associations, social promotion organizations, and volunteer organizations; sports organizations and clubs committed to environmental protection, engaged in study, research, and activities of significant cultural or artistic value; religious institutions; scientific, technological, and medical research foundations and institutes; universities, colleges, and schools.
