THEAssociazione InformaGiovani offers the opportunity to boys and girls from 14 to 30 years old to participate in international mobility projects in Europe for the project Youth sPEACEs, co-funded by the European Union under the Erasmus+ programme.
In particular, these are youth exchanges, each lasting 10 days, involving boys and girls from different countries in national groups made up of 5 participants and a leader.
The project "Youth sPEACEs – Urban Spaces for active social participation and dialogue” aims to strengthen the youth sector in Europe and to link the local to the European dimension: promoting and increasing the role of local youth spaces in the continental scenario, empowering them, stimulating and supporting their networking, proposing a “network of youth spaces” and proposing a “European Charter of Youth Spaces”.
The project will be implemented by 9 organizations from 7 EU countries (Italy, France, Greece, Macedonia, Poland, Portugal, Sweden) while the online activities will also involve participants from other countries.
FINANCIAL CONDITIONS
Thanks to the contribution of the Erasmus+ programme, reimbursement of travel expenses is foreseen according to limits defined on the basis of the distance in kilometres. Each selected participant will have to advance the cost of the air ticket and any excess. Reimbursement will only be made upon return from the experience. The costs of food, lodging, accident insurance and civil liability are covered by the Project.

THEAssociazione InformaGiovani offers the opportunity to involve a young person as a participant for each of the following projects:
- Youth Exchange in Stratoni, Greece – 30 June to 9 July. Age: 18-30. Planned activities: intercultural education activities and media education. Discussion on the potential content to be included in the "European Charter of Youth Spaces".
- Youth exchange in Termini Imerese (Palermo) Sicily, – from 12 to 21 July. Age: 14-17. Planned activities: intercultural education activities, visits to local youth centres, non-formal activities with children (boys/girls), discussion on the role of youth spaces in socially or geographically marginal areas, sports activities, intercultural events. Discussion on the potential content to be included in the "European Charter of Youth Spaces".
- Youth Exchange in Malmö Sweden – 28 July to 6 August. Age: 18-30. Planned activities: educational activities and visits, activities among young people, discussion on the role of youth centers and urban policies, integration, migration, intercultural activities. Discussion on the potential content to be included in the "European Charter of Youth Spaces".
- Youth Exchange in Kielce, Poland – August 11-20. Age: 18-30. Planned activities: presentation of information as a tool for participation, workshops with local children, visits to centers or institutions, intercultural activities. Discussion on the potential content to be included in the "European Charter of Youth Spaces".
The final result of the project will be the proposal of a "European charter of youth spaces” to stimulate a debate and possible concrete decisions to recognize and enhance the role of these participatory experiences in Europe.
