Registrations are open from today for this training opportunity for journalists, media operators, activists of organizations dealing with media education and combating forms of online hatred.
The course is entirely financed by the European Commission within the programme CERV. The course will take place in person in Portugal from 11 to 16 June.
Organized by Associazione InformaGiovani, Sardinian Press Association and INACH (International network against hate crimes), the course is the preview of a similar one which will be created in on-demand format in the coming months and is an integral part of a larger project linked to the role of quality information in democratic processes and citizen participation.
The participants (50 from all over Europe) will be hosted in the city of Amarante (Porto region) and will have to evaluate the online training modules by discussing them directly with the authors.
