You have until 30 June to participate in the Driving Energy Award for contemporary photography organized by Terna Rete Elettrica Nazionale. An initiative whose central theme is balance, for the 2023 edition, understood as an expression of stability and the supreme quality of nature and culture, of planet Earth and associated living as well as an indispensable relationship between energy produced and consumed.
Participation in the call is free and open to all photographers, professional and non-professional, who operate in Italy, provided they submit only one unpublished photographic work. In any case, it is necessary to specify whether one is competing as a professional or as an author.
The categories into which the Award is divided are:
- Senior (age: 31 and older); cash prize of 15.000 euros.
- Youth (Age: up to 30 years old); cash prize of 5.000 euros.
- Academy, reserved for participants who, in the Young category, will be enrolled in an advanced training course; cash prize of 2.000 euros.
- Work most voted by Terna, for the photographic work that will receive the most votes; cash prize of 2.000 euros
- Amateurs, for non-professionals: cash prize of 5.000 euros.
