La European Youth Foundation (EYF) The Foundation has published a new Guide outlining its funding priorities, the different types of grants available, and the related deadlines. The Foundation supports youth organizations through financial measures aimed at promoting and strengthening the values and priorities of the Council of Europe among young people aged 15 to 30, specifically by making available two main types of funding:
- project funding, aimed at the implementation of specific initiatives.
- Structural funding, designed to cover part of the operating costs of youth organizations. It can be granted for one or two years.
Activities or projects must be designed to strengthen peace and cooperation in Europe; promote closer cooperation and understanding among young people; encourage the exchange of information; and stimulate mutual aid.
The aim of this guide is to provide youth organizations, young people, and any other interested parties with clear and detailed information on application requirements, grant award procedures, and how to manage and implement funded projects. The EYF manages calls for tenders for the awarding of grants to youth organizations registered in the online grant management system.
