The Creative Europe program supports transnational cooperation projects involving organizations from the cultural and creative sectors of various participating countries. Through this funding, the program aims to improve access to European cultural and creative works and promote innovation and creativity. Creative Europe gives priority to inclusiveness, gender equality and environmental impact (projects relating to the audiovisual and cinematographic sectors are not eligible).
Funding is available for three types of projects involving cooperation actions:
- on a small scale with at least 3 partners from 3 several eligible countries
- on a medium scale with at least 5 partners from 5 several eligible countries
- on a large scale with at least 10 partners from 10 several eligible countries
Organizations active in the cultural and creative sectors can participate, but not individuals and projects - lasting a maximum of 48 months - can concern one or more cultural and creative sectors and be interdisciplinary.
