The third edition of the call starts 'feminine genius', which rewards the best theses of recent engineering graduates. The initiative is promoted by the National Council of Engineers in collaboration with Cesop HR Consulting Company. For 2023 the theme identified is: “Engineering for People. Engineering to support the 5Ps of sustainable development”.

At the centre, the five areas of intervention into which the objectives of the UN 2030 Agenda are divided. People: fight against poverty and social exclusion; Planet: ensure sustainable management of natural resources; Prosperity: affirming sustainable models of production and consumption; Peace: promoting a non-violent and inclusive society; Partnership: intervene in the various areas in an integrated manner.
All female graduates who graduated during the 2021-2022 academic year with a degree mark of at least 105/110 can participate.

All first classified a prize of will be awarded 2.000 €; 1.500 € is preferably used for runner up e 1.000 € is preferably used for third place.
