Thanks to Erasmus+, teaching staff but also those who contribute to the development of organizational policies and teaching tools (at all levels of education), they can carry out a period of teaching in an institution or an education and training body of the same level, in another Program Country.

These experiences, which can last for a few days up to a whole year (or up to two months for higher education teaching staff), certainly represent an opportunity to test oneself in different work contexts, but at the same time to compare and grow thanks to the exchange of skills, methodologies and tools with colleagues from other educational institutions.

As with external training activities, even for teaching activities, individuals cannot independently submit projects and applications for contributions, which must instead be presented by schools or education and training bodies.

Le grants of the EU are used to cover travel and accommodation costs for staying abroad; they also offer financial support for the overall management of the projects to the participating organizations.
Furthermore, Erasmus+ provides tools to encourage and support the inclusion of participants with fewer opportunities or special needs.
