Selection and training of volunteer project coordinators. Work with us.

International volunteering projects are an experience of social commitment serving communities and at the same time offering participants training opportunities in an intercultural and fun context.
Every year many boys and girls are motivated to undertake a journey to support various types of activities, welcomed by projects and communities that carry out social interventions.
In order for the experience to be a useful, educational and positive moment, each project sees the presence of a coordinator adequately trained by theAssociazione InformaGiovani which takes care of the connection between volunteers and the hosting institution. Even if it is a paid job, the coordinator participates in the activities together with all the volunteers, also taking care of:

  • take care of the organizational and logistical aspects during the activity in collaboration with the host institution;
  • be the point person for InformaGiovani during the activity and responsible coordinator of the group;
    take care of relationships and dynamics within the group and with the local representatives who host the activity and the local community;
  • organize the carrying out of volunteer activities within the group, the distribution of tasks (work, cooking, cleaning), and free time;
  • support the organization of in-depth studies on topics of global interest (some examples: environmental issues, gender, human rights, citizenship rights, etc.)
