It's online announcement by the Ministry of Defense for recruitment in the Navy of 2.500 volunteers on initial fixed-term contract (VFI1), in particular:

• 1700 positions in the naval military crew corps.
• 800 positions in the port authorities.

To participate in the selection process, it is necessary to be at least 18 years of age and not older than 25; to have obtained a lower secondary school diploma or equivalent qualification, to have the psycho-physical and attitudinal suitability for employment in the Armed Forces and to have a negative result in diagnostic tests for alcohol abuse and for the use of narcotic substances as well as for the use of psychotropic substances for non-therapeutic purposes.

There are two deadlines, based on the candidates' date of birth:

• from 29 November 2024 to 28 December 2024, for those born between 28 December 2000 and 28 December 2006;
• from 1st July 2025 to July 30th, 2025, for those born between 30 July 2001 and 30 July 2007.
