With its first call for 2023-2024 “Opportunities in motion”, the Mazzola Foundation intends to support projects of non-profit organizations aimed at promoting physical activity and making it accessible to all, in particular to people with disabilities.

The call is aimed at:

• Formally constituted individual organizations, of a private nature, with registered office in Italy and non-profit;
• Formal partnerships of entities, which may also include organizations with registered office abroad. In the case of a partnership, the "lead" body must present the eligibility characteristics defined in the Regulation.

Projects that have already started and are carried out exclusively in Italy are eligible for application.

The Foundation intends to cover the costs generated by the project ranging between 1 October 2023 and 31 December 2024. Le economic resources made available they amount to 250.000 € overall. Of this quota, a part is intended and bound to support the selected projects and a part is not bound to the projects. In fact, each candidate organization will be able to request a contribution from the Foundation unrestricted di 5.000 euro, the use of which is at the complete discretion of the organization.

Applications to participate in the Call may be sent until 11.59am on 28 February 2024.
