Under the aegis of the program Creative Europe, the project PerformEurope Provides €1,4 million for collaborations in the performing arts. Perform Europe supports performance ideas that propose new organizational modalities for tours in theatre, dance, performance, contemporary circus, juggling, street arts, and puppetry.
The idea is to modularize the cross-border tours of the sector according to a more equitable, sustainable and inclusive vision. Proposals will be submitted by partnerships of professionals and operational organizations, who will jointly develop a proposal designed to generate real change by considering two main priorities:
- inclusion and diversity;
- fight against climate change.
Proposals from partnerships involving currently underrepresented areas and communities are encouraged, such as people living in rural areas, people who identify as LGBTQIA+, women, people from disadvantaged socioeconomic backgrounds or belonging to groups underrepresented due to racial, ethnic, or gender identity, migrants, people with disabilities, and anyone else who identifies as a member of a group underrepresented in the performing arts sector. Artistic initiatives and projects will be developed that are ready to be interpreted or performed in different contexts.
Applicants can apply for three grants: €15 – small grant; €25 – medium grant; and €55 – large grant. Any organization or professional operating in the performing arts sector and registered in one of the Creative Europe countries (27 EU Member States plus 14 participating non-EU countries) is eligible to apply.
The deadline to apply is October 22, 2026 . From this page web in English All the details and the dedicated platform through which to submit your application for the grant.
