There is time until April 30, 2024 to send your text and participate in the Mario Luzi literary competition, organized by the Foundation of the same name.  For the 2024 edition, open to beginners and professionals of the written page, several sections are planned:

• Edited poetry. For a book of poetry in Italian published starting from 01/01/2007. Self-publishing, e-books and audio-books are included, as well as books in classic editorial form. The winner will be awarded a prize with an economic value of 2.000,00 euros.
• Unpublished poetry. Fly high word: for three poems in Italian or vernacular, with a free theme, of no more than 120 lines. The winner will be awarded a prize with an economic value of 1.000,00 euros.
• Nascent poetry. For an unpublished poetic anthology consisting of a collection, monographic work, anthology, collective bound and never published at the date of registration for the Prize. The winner will be awarded a prize with an economic value of 2.000,00 euros.
• Registration of multiple works. The author will be able to register multiple works relating to the various sections of the announcement at his discretion. The individual works are regulated by the relevant sections to which they belong.
• Magna cum laude. For degree theses or essays - already discussed or in the discussion phase, published or unpublished - in the artistic, cultural, scientific and technological fields, completely unpublished and written since 2000. The winner will be offered the publication of the work. The winner will also be awarded a prize with a financial value of 2.000,00 euros.
• Italy Award. For a fiction book in Italian (all genres) published starting from 01/01/2007. Self-published fiction books and e-books or audiobooks are also eligible. The section includes different literary genres such as: fiction, children's fiction, fantasy, historical novel, detective story. The winner will be awarded a prize with an economic value of 2.000,00 euros.
• Italy of the future. For a completely unpublished fiction book (all genres: historical novel, contemporary and children's fiction, etc.) in Italian. Also included are texts disseminated and published online. The winner will be awarded a prize with an economic value of 2.000,00 euros.
