La FAO “Food and Agriculture Organization”, the United Nations organization for food and agriculture, offers the possibility of applying for a training at Headquarters in Rome. The aim is to offer interns the opportunity to gain practical experience in the organisation's offices.

To apply you must meet the following requirements:

  • Be a recent graduate or student currently enrolled in a three-year degree course or in a course at a higher education institution accredited/recognized by the World Higher Education Database;
  • Be between 21 and 30 years old;
  • Be a citizen of one of the FAO member nations;
  • Have a working knowledge of at least one FAO language (Arabic, Chinese, English, French, Russian or Spanish).

Interns will receive a monthly salary of approx 650€, internships have a duration from 3 to 11 months.
