The European Union Agency for Fundamental Rights (FRA) offers internships for recent graduates, an extraordinary learning experience for personal enrichment and growth. The internships will take place over a 10-month period, from October 1, 2026, to July 31, 2027, and will be full-time at the Agency's headquarters in Vienna, Austria. One position is also available in Brussels.

FRA collects and analyzes information and data on fundamental rights issues, provides assistance to EU institutions and Member State governments, raises public awareness, communicates its research findings, and strengthens cooperation and ties between stakeholders working on fundamental rights. For internships, candidates must be European citizens, have completed university studies within the last three years—no later than one month before the start of the internship—and have a good knowledge of English (at least B2).
