An opportunity not to be missed: the selection process begins for 40 trainees who will carry out the training internship at the Attorney General's Office of the Court of CassationThe selection process is open to those who have obtained a law degree, following a degree course lasting at least four years, and to those who are registered and meet the requirements of good repute – no convictions for non-negligent crimes or custodial sentences for contraventions, no convictions or security measures –; an average of no less than 27/30 in exams in constitutional, private, civil procedural, commercial, criminal, criminal procedural, labor, and administrative law, or a degree score of no less than 105/110; no more than 30 years of age on the deadline for applications.
The theoretical-practical training period, for which no compensation is provided, will last a total of eighteen months and will begin in the second half of March 2026. It may be completed in conjunction with other activities, including a doctorate, an internship for admission to the profession of lawyer or notary, and attendance at courses at Specialization Schools for Legal Professions, provided that the modalities are compatible.
