The Maypole Fund supports the projects from women

Maypole Fund provides grants to woman who have  ideas to implement the project on anti-militarism; action against the arms trade; creating a culture of peace and preventing conflict and war; disarmament; or against nuclear weapons and weapons systems.




The Maypole Fund provides grants of up to £750 to support imaginative, non-violent and politically expressive projects  and activities from women only for any of the following:

• Anti-militarism;
• Action against the arms trade;
• Action against nuclear weapons and weapons systems;
• Creating a culture of peace and the prevention of conflict and war;
• Action to support disarmament policies, processes and related initiatives.

 
Eligibility Criteria:

• Young women’s groups/individuals and lesbian groups/individuals;
• Activities or projects not yet started;
• Women who do not have access to other sources of funding or whose projects find it difficult to attract funding from elsewhere;
• Imaginative/creative activities;
• Individual and small women’s groups over larger established women’s groups

The deadline date     to send the application is 30-Jun-2016.
