The European Commission invites 15 young people aged 21-26 from all around the world to play an active role in the European Development Days (EDD) 2018 which takes place in Brussels on 5-6 June.
The Young Leaders Programme will give possibility to 15 young people to go to Brussel for 10 days to meet EU experts, stakeholders and play a leading role in the EDD Programme, and also to get the chance to speak in various session alongside global leaders.
Apply for the programme and get the chance to be one of the 15 participants who will be chosen to speak, with political leaders, about one of the topics which is on the thematic of Women and Girls at the Forefront of Sustainable Development: protect, empower, invest.
The main themes are :
- Be between 21 and 26 years old
- Have proven commitment and community engagement, to represent the work and impact on development achieved by youth
How to apply: Applicants will have to show leadership and knowledge in one of the EDD 2018 topics, demonstrate expertise in their chosen field, and explain how they will represent young people at the forum. More details on the application form here.
