![]() The NON.NO.NEIN campaign is undertaken by the European Commission in order to raise awareness of violence against women (VAW) among the world. Women suffer of discrimation because of their gender, women's rights are violated accross the continent: one in three women has suffered sexual and/or physical violence and has suffered psychologically abusive behaviour by an intimate partner. As well as one in two women has experienced sexual harassment. Be engaged by joining the campaign NON.NO.NEIN, to combat violence against women. The NON.NO.NEIN campaign launched a video competition inviting young professionals and students in creative schools, to pitch a concept for an awareness raising video to be used on social media. The tasks : - The video addressed to bystenders (People who by not reacting are enablers of VAW) should be short and should raise awareness on violence against women and encourage people to speak out against it. - The production language is English. Prizes : - Trip to Brussels (flights and subsistence costs included for up to 4 persons) - Meet the European Commission team working on gender equality to discuss the project - Visit the EU institutions Deadline : submit your video by the 10th of February 2018, 12h00 CET. The winner will be announced the 8th of March.
