- be Italian citizens;
- have obtained a secondary school diploma (or equivalent or equivalent qualifications obtained abroad);
- have completed the 17th year and not exceeded the 26th year of age;
- be physically, psychologically and attitudinally fit and, if a minor, have the consent of their parent(s).
