Volunteer camps

See the world with different eyes

The volunteer camp is a small project lasting a few days, during which volunteers from different countries, with different cultures and experiences, meet to live and work together.

During this period they pledge to support projects useful to the community and the local community, usually organized by an association, by a local authority, by simple groups of citizens.

Il contact with the local community it is a fundamental element, which makes the field a unique experience, an unrepeatable way to look at the world with different eyes, to experience and get to know the local reality not as a simple tourist.

The international work camps embrace many themes:

  • the promotion of peace and the rejection of war
  • sustainable lifestyles and environmental protection
  • social solidarity
  • international cooperation
  • the protection and promotion of human and civil rights
  • law education
  • cultural or recreational activities

The only requirements for those who want to participate are the desire to share and commit, the spirit of adaptation, the desire to be together with others and the ability to share a common goal with people who can be very different from each other.

Also in Italy. A field is always “international”

Every volunteering camp always has an international dimension, even if it takes place in Italy.
This is possible because the group is made up of volunteers who come from different countries around the world and the common language is always English.

So if you want to try one in Italy to get to know volunteer camps, you're welcome!
