La Foundation with the South, for the entire three-year period 2025-2027, proposes interventions for the valorization of assets confiscated from the mafia in Basilicata, Calabria, Campania, Puglia, Sardinia and Sicily.

It is a real regulation that governs the methods of provision on request for third sector entities that for the first time decide to carry out initiatives of a social, cultural and economic nature that are sustainable over time and capable of promoting the development and reappropriation of the asset by the reference community.

For this first year, 2 million euros will be available, with a maximum contribution of 400 thousand euros per project presented and selected.

Proposals may be formulated by three or more organizations, at least two of which belong to the Third Sector. The projects may also involve the world of institutions, schools, universities, private consortia and companies belonging to the local and national entrepreneurial fabric.

To be admitted to the contribution, two steps are foreseen: the presentation of a project idea and verification of the main eligibility requirements; development of the idea through the drafting, with the support of the Foundation's offices, of an executive project including a detailed plan of activities and costs, indicators of results and impact, a sustainability plan.
