Specifically, the Bank provides support to universities, associations, and scientific foundations for research, cultural promotion, and youth and school education, focusing on projects by institutions and areas of scientific excellence, including in collaboration with universities, national institutes, and inter-university research consortia. Through scholarship funding, it supports the activities of academies and cultural institutions operating nationwide in the promotion of humanistic, historical, and scientific culture. It promotes the quality of youth and school education nationwide, with a particular focus on projects, including audiovisual ones, aimed at developing educational opportunities that impact the qualitative growth of the school system and the cultural and scientific education of young people.

It offers charitable, solidarity, and public interest initiatives, such as projects by associations, organizations, and institutions aimed at providing assistance and support nationwide to minors and the elderly in need, the sick and disabled, and people experiencing social exclusion and hardship.

There is no minimum or maximum amount of funding that can be awarded. Funding applications They will be accompanied by an illustrative plan of the project to be implemented, with cost estimates. The deadline for submitting requests through the procedure indicated on the Agency's website is August 31 2026.
