Select and support young creators in the production of short sound films. 'Short Films in Podcast' – as part of the Youthcast project – The New Voice of Young People, promoted by the Io Per l'Altro APS association and co-financed by the European Solidarity Corps program – aims to bring out young talent in the audiovisual sector.

Professionals and amateurs who prefer this form of expression can participate by submitting scripts for a short sound film, no longer than 10 minutes. The genre and theme are free: they can be fiction or documentary, with a maximum of two protagonists and four characters.
The authors will have the opportunity to interact with industry professionals during four theoretical workshops, aimed at developing the selected sound scripts. This will be followed by four days of practical training focused on the post-production of the short films. The theoretical and practical workshops will take place in Rome in May and June 2026. The publication and promotion of the sound short films will be ensured at the end of the program.
