Per Young Talents Italy L'Oréal UNESCOr 'For Women in Science', L'Orèal Italia, in collaboration with the Italian National Commission for the UNESCOh, assign scholarships, each worth €20, to be awarded to talented young researchers. The prizes are intended to recognize the work of deserving researchers who propose a 12-month research project at Italian research institutions.
To participate, you must have completed the penultimate year of a doctorate, in Italy or abroad, in the following areas: Life Sciences, Environmental Sciences, Mathematics, Computer Science, Physics, Chemistry, Engineering and Technology, and be no older than 35 years old.
The application will be submitted online accompanied by:
- curriculum vitae.
- Degree certificate with complete list of grades.
- Full-length publications, minimum 2.
- A brief description of the research you intend to conduct, no more than 2 pages, and a 200-word summary of the research.
- Detailed description of the research project and its methodology, specifying whether or not animal experiments are to be performed.
- Indications from the Department or Organization carrying out the research program.
- At least one letter of reference.
- Self-certified letter certifying the type of research contract, start date, and any renewal dates.
The candidate must not have a permanent contract before the closing date. Applications can be submitted by January 30, 2026.
