Erasmus+ supports internships or study periods abroad for students currently enrolled in education and training professional training, for apprentices in companies and for recent graduates.

The intent is to add periods of study to the children's study programme learning working in the field that are functional to the personal and professional objectives of students and apprentices.

Internships can last from 2 weeks to 12 months, through financial support that covers travel, food and accommodation costs based on the country of destination. Also in this case, support can be provided for language learning and for all those with special needs.

Also graduates have the opportunity to receive Erasmus+ support as long as the internship takes place within 1 year from completion of studies.

In any case, it should be remembered that it is not possible to submit individual applications and that the application must always be submitted to an accredited organisation. Students must therefore verify that their school or training institution has carried out the accreditation procedures.

Even for internships or study periods abroad in the context of professional training, the program provides adequate tools to support student participation with fewer opportunities.
