Since December 2024, the possibility of using the new SIISL platform – Information System for Social and Work Inclusion has been open to all job seekers.
Access to SIISL is via SPID or CIE credentials. Users can upload their CV and specify their fields of professional interest. The platform offers tools based on artificial intelligence (AI) to optimize the job search. A dedicated algorithm calculates theaffinity index between available job or training positions and the user's CV, thus facilitating the identification of the most suitable opportunities.
Companies have the possibility to publish job offers directly on the SIISL platform, thus facilitating the search for the most suitable candidates. Access to users' CVs is permitted only with their prior authorization, guaranteeing privacy and protection of personal data.
