Take part in the contest FULBRIGHT Foreign Language Teaching Assistant Program  FLTA Program This opportunity is open to recent graduates (early career) in the humanities and social sciences with a strong interest in American language and culture. Selected candidates will receive scholarships for teaching assistantships in Italian language and culture at American colleges and universities for the 2026/2027 academic year.

To join, you must have, in particular:

• residence in Italy or, possibly, in a European country at the time of submitting the application and throughout the placement procedure.
• Bachelor's degree obtained in Italy within the three years preceding the competition deadline.
• Excellent knowledge of the English language certified by TOEFL or IELTS.

The scholarship includes a maintenance allowance of $5,400 paid by the Fulbright Commission to cover expenses for a nine-month stay, a monthly stipend of $500-600, and more.
