How much does it cost to participate in a volunteer project InformaGiovani ETS
The overall costs of our projects vary based on whether they are completely self-financed or have contributions from public bodies or sponsors. Below you will find a summary table of all costs based on the type of project:

ATTENTION: The card, where applicable, is paid only once a year, so if you participate in multiple camps or projects, you will NOT have to pay it multiple times.

“Last-minute” volunteer camps for adults or mixed adults/minors AND SPECIAL QUOTAS FOR BANCA ETICA MEMBERS
“Last-minute” camps are only those camps that are specifically promoted through our newsletter and that have a start date that is no later than 40 days after registration.
These fees always apply to all members of Banca Popolare Etica, as part of the “Soci in Rete” initiative.

The deposit, where applicable, is returned at the end of the project together with the reimbursement of travel costs, after having provided all the requested documentation and having filled in the relevant documentation
Travel costs in funded projects from the European Union they are covered up to a set maximum (usually for Italians it varies between 211 and 417 euros based on the distance traveled and the type of vehicle used). Any travel costs exceeding the EU reimbursement are the responsibility of the volunteer. The mileage reimbursement table is available by clicking here.
The “extra fee” it is a contribution that is sometimes expected from the host organization and varies according to the country, the availability of funds to support the local association, national regulations on any mandatory staff and other parameters. Its amount is always indicated in the specific project sheet and is therefore known before even making the application for participation. It is paid after confirmation of acceptance at the camp.
Daily reimbursement to the volunteer. In projects co-financed by the European Corps, each volunteer is paid a small daily contribution for their personal needs (for reference, for volunteers hosted in Italy it is 6 euros per day).
How to make payment
We invite you to read the entire conditions of participation to the fields before making the payment, because the latter implies their full acceptance.
It is important to send confirmation of payment via email to the address [email protected]
Payment can be made in four different ways:
- immediately online without any commission, via the SatisPay system. Click on this link to go to the payment page (recommended method)
- by Bank transfer, on the current account IBAN IT93J0501804600000011318045 (Banca Popolare Etica) in the name of InformaGiovani ETS
- immediately online without any commission via the PayPal system. Click on this link to go to the payment page
In the reason for payment the name and surname of the volunteer must always be specified which must leave and the specific pitch fee + membership fee!
ATTENTION – IMPORTANT! If you pay with Satispay or by bank transfer, we ask you to send us a copy of the receipt by email (at the address [email protected]) because sometimes the receipts reach us very late or without the volunteer's name, which would delay the start of your registration process.
If you use the SatisPay system, IT IS MANDATORY to confirm payment to us via email.
You don't need to send the receipt if you pay with PayPal.
